Do any of you lovely women do intermittent fasting? I have been doing the 16:8 fast for a few months now. I fast from 7 PM to 11 AM. I am conflicted on it. Sometimes I think it is helping me with my stomach and menstrual cramps. A lot of the times I don't know if it is actually helping me at all to be honest. I still have my severe stomach issues once in a while and I still get bad menstrual cramps (like as I am typing this).
I can tell you that I definitely do not feel any memory and brain function boost from it. Maybe that is because I am on Lamictal for evening seizures though. I am not actively trying to lose weight so I can't say that it helps speed things along.
