Tuition and Fees

2025 Tuition

Learning community membership:

• Part time(8AM-5:30 PM; Monday, Wednesday and Friday)- $140/week; $560/month, $6720/year

• Full time (8AM-5:30 PM; Monday-Friday)-$170/week; $680/month; $8,160/year

Early morning care (if spots are available):

• Early morning care(for learning community members and public/private school students;7-8 AM)- $8/day (contract or drop-in) *Basic breakfast included*

Occasional days (if spots are available):

• Drop-in (for part time learning community members, homeschoolers in the Rochester area and public/private school students on non-school days; 8 AM-5:30 PM)- $34/day

• Trial days (for prospective learning community members; 8 AM-5:30 PM) - $34/day

 

Payment plan options for learning community memberships:

• Pay first day of the week that your child will be here (weekly payment).

• Pay first day of the month that your child will be here (monthly payment).

• Pay all up front (the yearly payment).

Payment plan options for early morning care:

• Pay at drop off for if non-contract

• Can be added to weekly or monthly payment if your child will be in early morning care on contract.

Payment plan for occasional days:

• Pay at drop-off for drop-in and trial days

Other fees:

• Tablet- $180 (if you aren't using your own curricula and/or don't have a tablet to send with). We use them for learning activities and virtual field trips.

• $50 materials fee due at time of enrolling- for learning community members bringing their own curriculum

• $350 materials fee at time of enrolling-for learning community members opting to use our curriculum

• Late payment fee- $20 after two days late

• Bounced check- $25

• Late pickup- $20 per 10 minutes past 2:15

• Parent's Night Out (5:30 PM-9:00 PM)- $40
